Broker Information

These are our guidelines for HUD approved brokers:

  • Broker can take the borrower's FHA application and complete processing for transfer to Nations Direct Mortgage for underwriting approval.
  • Broker may charge their client permissable, applicable and reasonable fees allowed by the state.
  • Broker may earn YSP/SRP from Nations Direct Mortgage. If desired, the fee will be disclosed in the APR, on the good faith estimate of closing costs and HUD-1 by Nations Direct Mortgage.
  • Nations Direct Mortgage must sponsor the Broker (a current HUD approved entity). After the Broker application package and all applicable information is provided and reviewed, Nations Direct will notify the Broker of sponsorship approval.
  • Brokers may be sponsored by more than one lender.
  • Nations Direct Mortgage may from time to time, also agree to sponsor a Broker (a current non-HUD approved entity) wishing to become HUD approved.
